Coco-Banana loaf

Any banana loaf lovers in here? Not even necessary actually, cause this new recipe is just a must-try!


I already have another really good and healthy banana loaf recipe, which I declined with chocolate and blueberries as well. However, even though I've to admit those recipes are really good, I was getting tired of eating them. In other words, I needed some changes!


And here am I with my new coco-banana loaf recipe. 🥰

Time: 50 min

- Preparation: 10 min

- Baking: 40 min


Ingredients needed for your coco-banana loaf

  • 100 gr of coconut flour,

  • 150 gr of whole flour,

  • 2 egg whites & 1 whole egg,

  • 1 tsp of coconut sugar,

  • 1 bag of baking powder,

  • Some pinches of cinnamon,

  • 1 pear,

  • 3 bananas.

(note that my ingredients all come from Bio dis-moi or Kazidomi).


How to make your coco-banana loaf

  1. Start by mashing your ripe bananas and the pear into a big cooking bowl.

  2. Add the flours, the baking powder, and the sugar.

  3. Stir.

  4. Then, add the egg whites and the entire egg and keep stirring.

  5. Finally, add the cinnamon and pour the dough into a baking dish.

  6. Let it bake for 40 min at 200°.
