Here is my new version of the banana bread; the blueberry banana bread. Perfect for breakfast as well as a snack, here below is the recipe. :)

1 cup 1/2 (200 gr) of whole flour
4 ripe bananas
1/3 cup (113gr) of honey
1/2 tbsp of baking powder
1/2 tbsp of salt
1/3 cup (100 ml) of coconut oil
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar (optional)
1/2 cup (64 gr) of blueberries
Blend all the ingredients except the blueberries and half of a banana.
Save the dough aside.
Wash your blender and blend the blueberries with a bit of water (2- 3 tbsp).
Take one rectangular mold and pour half of the dough you previously made.
Pour the blueberries' juice on the top of the first half of the dough.
Finally, pour the rest of the dough to cover the blueberries' juice.
Let it bake for 45 min at 360F (180°). But after 30 min add the rest of the banana (slices) you previously saved on the top.
Once ready, let it cool down for 1 hour.
I recommend you spread some peanut butter (or jam) on your blueberry banana bread slice. It's even better!
