Peanut Butter Cups

Hi there,


Today, I'm simply sharing with you one of my latest fav recipes namely the Peanut Butter Cups.

Easy, fast, good, so good, too good..... :D


Just to make it clear, this recipe is obviously not super healthy. But! (Yes there's a but :p) A healthy lifestyle does absolutely not only mean light and super healthy food. Actually, it's far from it. It is about building your wellbeing journey, and, for me, it does include binge and treats like this one. I love eating, and I'm not eating healthy stuff 100% of my time (soooo not). Along these lines, I do favor the 80/20 rule (soon more about this on the blog). Anyway, it was the little clarification of the day. :D



Ingredients for 6 cups:

  • 250 gr of dark chocolate (tablet or chunks)

  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil

  • 6 big tbsp of salted organic peanut butter


How?

  • First, cut your chocolate in chunks to make it melt faster

  • Add your chocolate chunks and the coconut oil in a pot

  • Cook over low heat until fully melted and stir every 30 sec

  • Pour the melted chocolate in some cup molds until the half

  • Add the peanut butter in each cup mold

  • Pour the rest of the melted chocolate to cover your cups

  • Place your cup molds in the freezer for 2 hours

  • Enjoy.
