BREAKING NEWS!!! The latest yummiest dessert recipe is OUT! Lucky you, I've got you covered and about to share the recipe with you, but shhh don't tell everyone. 🤫


Oh, and for those of you who wonder how this fabulous Hidden Gem may be healthy, this is simply because in my sense, healthy food does also include treats. As long as it pleases and makes you happy, it definitely is healthy food.



Hidden Gem General info:

Level; easy

Time; 30 min

  • 10 min prep

  • 20 min baking

Ingredients for the Hidden Gem:

  • 2 eggs,

  • 260 gr of (whole) flour,

  • 40 gr of oats,

  • 200 gr of butter,

  • 190 gr of blond sugar (cassonade),

  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar,

  • 1 bag of baking powder,

  • 1 big pinch of salt,

  • LOTS OF CHOCOLATE CHUNKS (up to you depending on your preferences. Also, I like mixing flavors).

How:

  1. Start by preheating the oven at 180°.

  2. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a big bowl.

  3. Apart, mix the melted butter and the eggs together.

  4. Pour the liquid mixture onto the dry one and stir.

  5. Add your chocolate chunks.

  6. Stir again.

  7. Pour the dough onto an oven plate and let it bake for 20 min MAX.

  8. Go the extra mile and add a bit of vanilla ice-cream to top it all. 🤤
