Tasty Rigatoni AL FORNO

This recipe comes in handy when having a craving for comfort food while not spending hours slaving in the kitchen.

Ingredients for 2

  • 350gr of Rigatoni

  • 200 gr of Passata

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 cup of (frozen) peas

  • 2 fresh eggs

  • Fontina cheese

  • Salt

  • Pepper

How

  1. Start to cook your pasta in a pot of boiling water and a pinch of salt,

  2. In the meantime, cook your eggs hard-boiled, and fry your passata over low heat with the onion finely chopped and a bit of olive oil,

  3. Once pasta is ready, pour them into a large oven dish,

  4. Add the passata, a bit of salt, pepper, and stir,

  5. Then, add the frozen peas and the hard-boiled eggs (cut),

  6. Final touch, add the fontina above the dish before putting it in the oven for 20 min.

PS: Don't forget the red wine to make this tasty meal even more enjoyable
