This recipe comes in handy when having a craving for comfort food while not spending hours slaving in the kitchen.

Ingredients for 2
350gr of Rigatoni
200 gr of Passata
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 cup of (frozen) peas
2 fresh eggs
Start to cook your pasta in a pot of boiling water and a pinch of salt,
In the meantime, cook your eggs hard-boiled, and fry your passata over low heat with the onion finely chopped and a bit of olive oil,
Once pasta is ready, pour them into a large oven dish,
Add the passata, a bit of salt, pepper, and stir,
Then, add the frozen peas and the hard-boiled eggs (cut),
Final touch, add the fontina above the dish before putting it in the oven for 20 min.
PS: Don't forget the red wine to make this tasty meal even more enjoyable
