I've to admit that I left the blog away for a while. But here I am, back in the game with a very delicious breakfast recipe.
This recipe is easy to make, super healthy (good repartition of all the macros), and perfect for batch-cooking lovers! Please, give a warm welcome to my choco-vanilla overnight oats. 😍

Ingredients needed for your healthy overnight oats
For one portion :
50g oats
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 tsp of vegetal proteins vanilla flavor (mine comes from SYNC)
1 tsp of vanilla syrup (mine comes from MONIN)
100ml vegetal milk of your choice (I recommend you pick almond or oat milk or vanilla soy milk)
2,5 tbsp of light yogurt
1/2 banana
1 square of dark chocolate
Preparation
To make this healthy overnight oats, it's very simple:
Start by cutting the banana into small cubes/slices
Crush the chocolate square into small chunks
In a small jar or an appropriate Tupperware, mix all the ingredients and close the lid.
Let it rest over a night in the fridge
