Oven Banana & Peanut Butter porridge

Hi there, Here we go for a new breakfast recipe, the oven banana peanut butter porridge. It's actually kind of my fav one at the moment I just love it! Plus, it's super easy to prep and you only need 5 ingredients. Having some porridge for breakfast sounds ideal to me because it's soooo nutritious and yummy. It'll keep you satiated until lunch. Just another perfect way to start the day. Anyway, here is the recipe:


  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) of oat milk (almond milk is also fine)

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) of water

  • 1/2 cup (50gr) of oatmeal

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp of salted peanut butter


First, cut the banana into 2 pieces. Mash one half and save the other half aside for later. Mix together in a cereal size bowl your mashed banana with the oatmeal, milk, and water until perfect homogeneity. Cut the other half of the banana in the length and display it on the top of your bowl (check out the photo above). Put the bowl in the oven (baked mode) for 15 min. Add some peanut butter and savor. And voilààà
