Melt-in-the-mouth Cookie Cake

Hello everyone,

As promised here is my soooooo good dessert recipe AKA the Melt-in-the-mouth cookie cake.

To be honest, I got inspired by an Instagrammer I love namely thebigmanworld.

General info:

Level: super easy


  • 10 min prep

  • 23 min baking


  • 2 cups (250gr) of (whole) flour

  • 1 bag of baking powder

  • 2 large eggs

  • 3/4 cup (150 gr) of white sugar

  • 3/4 cup (170 gr) of butter

  • 1/2 cup (100 gr) of coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp of vanilla extract

  • 2 bars of milk chocolate

  • Add on: Crème anglaise/ vanilla ice-cream


  1. Simply start by mixing all the dry ingredients together

  2. Aside, mix the eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract

  3. Add the liquid mixture to the dry one

  4. Use a blender to make the mixture perfectly smooth

  5. Preheat the oven at 300F (150 degrees)

  6. Pour the mixture onto a cake mold

  7. Let it bake in the oven for 23 min

  8. Once ready, top it all with some rème anglaise or vanilla ice-cream
