Pecan nuts & chocolate chip banana bread
A slice? Yes, ma'am! At the moment, I'm craving banana bread so severely! I've wanted to try this new recipe with pecan nuts for ages, so here it is. As always, this banana bread is healthy containing no refined sugar or fat. Feel free to binge eat :D. General info Level: easy Time: 10 min preparation & 35 min baking Ingredients 200 gr of flour T55 50 of oat flour 2 eggs 3 bananas 3 tbsp of maple syrup 11 gr of dry baking powder 2 tbsp of oat milk (any vegetal milk will make do) 40gr of dark chocolate 2 hands of pecan nuts How to prepare the banana bread Add the flour and the baking soda to a cooking bowl Add the eggs and whisk Smash 2 bananas out of 3 and add them to the recipe Whisk and add the milk and the maple syrup as well Aside, prepare the chocolate chunks and the pecan nuts Add the chocolate chips and the pecan nuts to the recipe and mix Top it all with the last banana cut laterally Let it bake for 35 min at 185° Conservation tips : Save the banana bread in a container box or roll it with a paper towel for better conservation.
