Grab my latest recipe AKA, the pumpkin balls. Perfect for express yet healthy breakfasts or snacks.
70 gr of oats,
1 tbsp of agave syrup,
2 tsp of peanut butter,
2 tsp of pumpkin purée (mashed pumpkin with ginger bread 4 spices),
1 handful of chocolate chips.
How to prepare the healthy pumpkin balls
Mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate chips.
Once fully blended, add the chocolate chips and start creating some balls with 2 tsp.
Once done, freeze your healthy pumpkin balls in the freezer for 20 minutes and then savor.
For even more pleasure, feel free to soak the half of the pumpkin ball in melted dark chocolate.
