40 gr of oats,
30 gr of oat flour,
2 tsp of peanut butter,
1 big tsp of pumpkin purée (mashed pumpkin with gingerbread 4 spices),
How to prepare the healthy pumpkin balls
Mix all the ingredients together but the chocolate.
Once fully blended, start creating some balls with your hands (it can be a bit sticky. If so add a bit more flour).
Once done, melt the chocolate with a sprinkle of water.
Pour half of the balls into the melted chocolate
Freeze your healthy pumpkin balls in the freezer for 20 minutes and then savor them.
