A slice? Yes, ma'am!
At the moment, I'm craving banana bread so severely! I've wanted to try this new recipe with pecan nuts for ages, so here it is.
As always, this banana bread is healthy containing no refined sugar or fat. Feel free to binge eat :D.

Time: 10 min preparation & 35 min baking
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1 tbsp of honey
2 eggs
1 tbsp of apple sauce (no sugar added)
1 tbsp of coconut oil
3 tbsp of almond milk (or any other vegetal milk)
50g of oat flour
150g of wheat flour T45
11g of dry baking powder
3 tsp of cinnamon
50gr of dark chocolate
3 hands of pecan nuts
How to prepare the banana bread
Mash the bananas
Add the eggs, apple sauce, milk & coconut oil. Stir.
Add the dry ingredients and stir.
Add the chocolate chips (save some for the topping) and the crushed nuts.
Sir.
Pour the preparation into a cake mold.
Add the remaining chocolate chips.
Let it bake for 35 min in the oven at 180°.
Conservation tips: Save the banana bread in a container box or roll it with a paper towel for better conservation.
Nutrition tips: Serve the banana bread slices with some skyr topped with fruits & cinnamon for more proteins.
