Healthy Pesto with zucchini


Zucchini pesto pasta

I've been waiting for summer just for that recipe, believe me, it's soooo good. Plus, you will only need 5 ingredients. Who said my "5 boulette


points" concept was gone? 😏


I love it with pasta, but you can also eat it with risotto or even as a dip.

Level: very easy

Time: 15 min preparation


Ingredients needed for the zucchini pesto

  • 1x fresh zucchini

  • 1x bucket of basil

  • 1 handful of parmesan cheese

  • 1 handful of pinenuts (pro tip: buy it in bulk, it'll be cheaper)

  • Spices: Salt, pepper & 1x garlic glove

How to prepare the pesto

Rinse the zucchini and cut it into small pieces in order to accelerate the cooking.

Pour the zucchini into a pan with a bit of olive oil and season it (salt, pepper, and garlic).


Once cooked, pour it into a blender and blend until smooth. Meanwhile, rinse the basil.


Once blended, add the basil along with the parmesan cheese and the pinenuts. Keep on blending and voilààà. :)
