Here is my energy balls recipe: easy, yummy, healthy, and perfect for snacking or before a workout.
3 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
2 handfuls of nuts of your choice (here I took hazelnuts, pecan nuts, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds)
1 tbsp of chia seeds
2 tbsp of almond milk
Coconut chunks (optional, for topping)
Chocolate dips (optional, for topping)
Blend everything together except the two toppings
Form some small balls with your hands
Dip your balls into the coconut chunks or into chocolate chips for the topping
Conserve in the fridge
