Is there any better comfy food than porridge when it comes to breakfast? I don't think so.
Let me share with you my latest gem, aka the Comfy Pear Porridge! It is just perfect right now with the cold, frost, and foggy mornings we are currently experiencing. Not to mention how healthy and nutritious it is. Believe me, it'll be hard to push to find better comfy food for breakfast.
General info for the comfy pear porridge
Level: Very easy
Time: 35 min (bake & cook)
100 ml of plant-based milk,
2 tsp of natural yogurt,
40 gr of oats,
2 tsp of organic peanut butter,
1 pinch of cinnamon,
2 tbsp of maple syrup,
1/2 organic pear.
How to prepare the Pear Porridge
Start to peel your pear and in the meantime, preheat the oven at 180°.
Cut the pear into 2 parts, put those parts into a plate, and add the maple syrup. Let it bake for 35 min.
After 25 min of baking, start to prepare the rest of the pear porridge. Pour all the ingredients into a pot and stir for 10 minutes.
Once the pear is ready, pour the porridge into a bowl and add the pear to it.
